Identification of waste / Overmodulation through MRP planned companies. Decrease of stocksand planning complexity through the Kanban-systematics. Change from a push-orientated production to a pull-orientated production.

To communicate a simple understanding for Kanban in a playing kind of way with the participants from the different compartments (Planning, Logistic, Production).
